Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using StickyNotes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License

StickyNotes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on any Mac you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of creating and managing sticky notes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Redistribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Terry Djony Syukur and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content

All notes and content you create within the App remain yours. The App stores your content locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terry Djony Syukur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data.

Data Loss

While we strive to make the App reliable, we are not responsible for any loss of notes or data. We recommend keeping backups of important information.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
